**SERIOUSLY, SPOILERS WILL ABOUND
FROM HERE ON OUT**

Glenn Rhee: The Comics
Clever, optimistic and resourceful, Glenn puts himself in danger often to help the group.  He's a jack-of-all-trades with a youthful and humorous attitude.  Formerly a pizza delivery boy, Glenn rescues Rick in Atlanta and becomes one of his closest and dependable allies, even though he sometimes acts before thinking.

He has a tendency to panic under pressure and is not as physically able or emotionally hardened as the others, having never killed a living human being.  At Hershel's farm, he meets and falls in love with Maggie, and the two get married while at the prison.  He serves as her protector and guardian, and is overjoyed when she tells him she's pregnant.  At Alexandria, he becomes the major supply runner with Heath, and has a vast knowledge in wiring vehicles.  He grows a fatherly bond with Sophia and decides to live at the Hilltop with Sophia and Maggie when they're taken captive by Negan.  At first Negan says he won't kill Glenn because he doesn't want to appear racist, but when his ennie meenie miney moe game ends on Glenn, he uses Lucille and bashes Glenn's face in beyond recognition.

Glenn Rhee: The Television Series
Bright, loyal, resourceful and swift on his feet, Glenn is keenly aware of the dangers he places himself in for the sake of the group.  His youthful nature makes him willing to take risks, he's quick on his feet and shows compassion and humanity.  He maintains a youthful enthusiasm for life and was formerly a pizza delivery boy from Michigan after his parents immigrated from Korea.

After rescuing Rick from a horde of Walkers in Atlanta, Glenn becomes Rick's most trusted and loyal ally, and at Hershel's farm he meets and falls in love with Maggie, pledging to protect her at any cost. At the prison the two are captured by Merle, but doesn't give up any information.  He marries Maggie and comes down with the deadly flu strain, but manages to survive thanks to medicine brought to him by Bob.  As the prison falls after the Governor's attack, he's left alone there still weakened by his illness, and is alone until he meets Tara, who promises to help him find Maggie.

After a lot of searching the two are reunited and escape Terminus with the rest of the group, and makes it to Alexandria where he's given a supply runner job.  He has altercations with Deanna's son and Nicholas, who later tries to kill him, but Glenn spares Nicholas's life because he's never killed a living human.  He learns that Maggie is pregnant shortly before trying to prevent a horde of Walkers from getting to Alexandria, and once again is separated from the rest of the group, except for Nicholas.  Seeing no way out, Nicholas shoots himself and knocks Glenn off a dumpster into the middle of a horde, but his resourcefulness enabled him to crawl under the dumpster and be safe.  Enid rescues him and they return to Alexandria to find it overrun and Maggie trapped in the guard tower.   He devises a plan that rescues her and later goes with Rick and his group to a Savior outpost, where he kills his first human.  After Denise is killed, he goes with Daryl, Rosita and Michonne to find Dwight, and end up being captured and brought before Negan with the others.

Why Glenn Could Die
Glenn is the most likely candidate to die because this is what happened to him in the comics.  His death would be one of the most shocking since he's one of the few who have been with the show since day one, and his absence would be something that cannot be replaced. There's also been foreshadowing of his fate in the series - at Terminus he's about to be bashed in the head with a bat before Carol rescues them, and he finds a baseball bat at Noah's home.

Why Glenn Won't Die
The show has proved that it doesn't follow the comics word-for-word (Denise taking the death Abraham was supposed to have, Bob dying the way Dale did in the comics, etc.), so it could be a big red herring and Glenn could be spared, plus the show has teased his death twice last season.  Still, if I was a betting man, I'd say Glenn's time on the show is ending.

Glenn Rhee: The Actor
Steven Yeun was born December 21, 1983 in Seoul, South Korea.  He wanted to be a neurosurgeon but chose to be an actor instead, appearing in "I Origins," "Carpe Millennium" and as a voiceover actor on the new "Voltron" series.
