**SERIOUSLY, SPOILERS WILL ABOUND

FROM HERE ON OUT**

Dwight: The Comics
Dwight is a member of Negan's group the Saviors, married to Sherry, and proficient with the crossbow.  It's with this crossbow that he kills Abraham and takes Eugene hostage, hoping to enter Alexandria.  However, this doesn't work because Eugene bites his crotch and escapes, and Dwight retreats.

Back at the Sanctuary, Negan uses Sherry for sex, and when he gets back together with his wife, Negan burns half his face.  This causes him to turn on Negan and join Rick, Jesus and Ezekiel, working secretly as a double-agent against Negan as he infiltrates the Saviors from the inside.  After Negan is defeated, Dwight takes Lucille and becomes leader of the Saviors, and joins in a trade community with Hilltop, Alexandria and the Kingdom.

Sherry eventually leaves Dwight, and he begins doubting his abilities about being a good leader.  He keeps Lucille because she represents oppression, misery and authority, and he wants to change what she represents to positive aspects.  During the war with the Whisperers, Negan sides with Rick, but Dwight is still wary of him and vows to not let him out of his sight.

Dwight: The Television Series
Dwight lived with his grandfather who was a wood carver, and taught him to cut and carve pieces of wood into sculptures.  He met a babysitter named Sherry and got married, and befriended his sister-in-law, Tina, who had diabetes.

During the outbreak they escaped into the woods and used an oil truck to leak gas and cause a fire that engulfed the forest, and they came into contact with the Saviors and joined their group.  While peaceful at first, they became fearful of Negan, whom they despised as a result of the horrific actions he committed.  They devised a plan to escape on foot and took safety in the woods they had previously torched.

There they find Daryl, and tie him up, but he breaks free and runs with his duffel bag.  He finds insulin in the bag, knowing it belongs to Tina, and returns it, and Dwight learns he's not one of the Saviors.  Not soon after, Tina is killed by Walkers and Daryl invites Dwight and Sherry to Alexandria.  Instead, Dwight holds Daryl at gunpoint and takes his crossbow and bike.

Two months later, Daryl meets with Dwight again after Dwight accidentally kills Denise with Daryl's crossbow (he was aiming at Daryl).  Dwight now has a burn on the left side of his face, and in front of Daryl and Rosita presents Eugene as his captive.  Abraham causes a distraction and Eugene bites Dwight's crotch, getting free as Dwight runs off.  Daryl vows to kill Dwight and goes in search of him, with Glenn, Michonne and Rosita.  They all get captured by Dwight, and he shoots Daryl.  Dwight then presents them to Negan, who lines them up with the rest of Rick's crew.

Dwight: The Actor
Austin Amelio is an actor who's done some short films and also appeared in "Everybody Wants Some," but it's The Walking Dead that made him a household name.
